It's always sensitive posting such things, but "Naked News" is actually all in good fun, so why not? This concept was covered on one of the HBO late night mini-documentaries once several years back and essentially features people who are either naked or strip to naked while reading actual news stories (this particular one seems to be weekly!), meaning its a real newscast.

It seems that "Naked News" covered "Armchair Arcade" as a featured Website on their July 22, 2005 show, which coincided with the release of our last issue, 7 (yes, 8 is still coming, then we go regular again after that). Unfortunately we only just found out about it when Matt was checking some of the Web log referrals, and according to one of the "Naked News" reps, their archives only go back one year.

We've of course been featured and covered in many wonderful magazines, newspapers and shows worldwide since our inception, but it sure would have been neat to see naked people talking about us! In any case, if anyone ever comes across a copy somehow, somewhere, kindly let us know...

"Armchair Arcade has been featured in..." perhaps?

Well, we had something on the old Website, which is still there, for instance for the PC Magazine thing. The problem is we've been covered/mentioned in so many places, newspapers included, it would be hard to do justice to them all and I'd hate to slight anyone.

"Recommended by" might be a bit strong. Maybe something more along the lines of "Featured in". We should definitely brainstorm this, as it will help to showcase what we've accomplished as we build to issue 8 and regularity again...

Naked News vs. Pc Mag

Yes, I think we ought to promptly put that up on the website somewhere...Naked News' Recommended Website. Definitely much cooler than boring ol' PC Magazine.

Seriously, though, do you think a little "Recommended By" block on the left bar might be useful? I mean, we have been featured on some pretty prominent websites: PC Magazine, Joystiq, Slashdot, Slate, Gamesetwatch...Probably a dozen others.

We've also been indexed several times in the Wikipedia.
