I struggle to find stuff on

I struggle to find stuff on the PSP, particularly configuration settings, but then I've had that issue on the 360 as well. I think they've improved the latter while doing only feature upgrades for the former. Regardless, I'm still not sold on the 360's blade concept. Frankly, I'd like to customize my own blade, since there are certain things I ALWAYS do and others I don't.

PS3

The PS3 interface will be similar to the one on the PSP. (which is a bit of a shame, because i think the usability is lacking).

I've been playing a ton of COD 2 online, as well as GRAW. I'm concerned that I'm going into sensory overload!!!! Good grief, can you get any more realistic that GRAW is???

I just downloaded the demo for Blazing Angels...pretty nice!!!! I need to quit work so I can have more time to game.

...and whoever thought up Xbox Live's Dashboard should be granted "Supreme Being". I still marvel at the ease with which you can do stuff.

Wonder if the PS3 and Wii interface will be as good...me thinks not....

HTML now works for regular users

As you can see from the image above, I'm logged in as a regular user and rich HTML posts (use the "Input Format" option) are now supported. To put your Gamertags on the Website simply copy and paste Microsoft's code here and follow the instructions: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/MyXbox/embedgamercard.htm . This should also enable picture linking and embedding too. Enjoy.

Thanks to Matt for enabling HTML support for everyone. Please ask if you would like the ability to do anything else that we haven't thought of.

Also, in response to Forcefield58, it's just that I've heard that tone before and I'm sure that I misinterpreted the intent, but I don't like the idea of anyone thinking that we're trying to restrict things around here or be elitist. We always do what we do to keep things running, not to go on power trips or anything. I'm not mad and if I went overboard with "jkh", I apologize, but I just don't want any false impressions around here.

We Love you Bill

I read and re-read Jkh's post and really don't see anything in it to deserve a reply like that. Wow!!! He had simply read the previous posts where one of the admins was so kind as to post my gamer tag on this site. I'm seriously computer ignorant. I still can't figure out how to post pics, but anyway, I'm getting off-topic.

I think everybody else here is of the same opinion that we really, really do appreciate the site being "out here" and available without having to pay fees for it. It certainly is one of my top 3 go-to sites.

I just hope you understand what I'm trying to say, but not doing a very good job at it. Cheers

While I don't appreciate the

While I don't appreciate the "we mortals" tone one bit (I've heard that used before by others) for a Website you don't pay for and we do in our free time and at our own expense, I have noticed that the permissions for authenticated users are a bit strange in that you can upload (which I don't want anyone to have the ability to do except for admins since we have very limited server space), but can't create HTML messages, which would allow you to post your Gamertags and create posts with rich content. Hopefully Matt can make that adjustment, since I can't figure it out.

Really, guys, try to keep in mind that such comments can be hurtful. It's one thing to be criticized for something we write or an opinion or something (which we welcome), it's another thing to infer that we're being elitist. It isn't easy keeping all this going and we're not in this for personal gain. It's not like you can't offer suggestions or do requests. I mean, it's not like we haven't been as accomodating as possible with Armchair Arcade since we launched in January 2004...

jkh67's gamertag

As we mortals are not able to add gamertags to this board may I ask somebody from admin staff to add my gamertag - jkh67 - visible to this board. I live in Finland, Europe and it would be cool to meet Armchair Arcade users in live sometime.

At the moment I am playing Test Drive Unlimited and Rockstar's Table Tennis but also Top Spin 2 match would be nice. Also Live Arcade games Scramble and Frogger are quite often played among other Live Arcade games.

I never figured it out at

I never figured it out at the old house, I need to try it at this house since there's a slightly different network setup here. You can apparently call Microsoft's Xbox tech support for free support with this issue. I would try that, frankly, as all of the tips and tricks available online haven't worked for me. I doubt it would be helpful, but that's my best suggestion to this point and one I'll try if I still can't get it to work. It really is odd too, since my notebook computers see the desktop and vice-versa very easily...
