Why don't you try contacting Fargo and co. and tell them what happened? I'm sure they wouldn't want you to be ripped off.

i wasn't ripped off. Just some weird glitch.. I had thought about perusing it farther, but they where helpful and it wasn't a "no way" it was more me just thinking it was easier to just buy it when it came out then follow through.. I think i tend to make it sound worse then it was, mountain out of mole-hill by me. I'm good with just buying it when it comes out. Right now I'm really interested in that new one on Indigo more.. SO much in the pipeline I really have never felt so overwhelmed with games.. I have raved about the Demons Souls and Dark Souls games.. and i cant find time to play Dark Souls right now.. Wiz 8 and BG enhanced.. both are excellent games.. but the mention of TOWNS (by you matt!) got me in that again.. and if any game is a time sink.. and I still play my 2-3 match of L4D2 and WOTanks every night (almost).. Very hot on Bio_shock when price comes down.. Tomb Raider too..

no.. i can wait a bit.. its not coming anytime soon i don't think.. and today I go pick up a new motorcycle (well not new.. ) upgrading my 96 750 vulcan to a 06 800 Vulcan Cruiser.. with 2 feet of snow in my front yard.. 80 miles one way away with a truck that gets 15 MPG.. and my help (load an unload) has disappeared.. i can wait on the game :)

I don't understand. Wasteland 2 is not done yet - how could you have gotten it? Or maybe I misunderstand you.

i backed it, got my email saying i was a backer, forgot about it.. then after the kickstarter campaign was done i was on my "backed project page" and it wasn't there.. As the Kickstarter has ended I cant "redo" it.. as I say I can buy it when it comes out.. but i cant be one of the kickstarters.. I'm not out anything.. its like placing a Pre-order and when it comes out they say "we don't have a preorder for you" and you show um the slip and they say, sorry no more boxes.. it was just a mistake in some way.. and again, i can just buy one when it comes out.. I'm just not part of the kickstarter... very small thing.. and I have backed several kick starters since.. with no issues at all. you eat as subway a 100 times and like it but that one time you got some bad chicken.. you don't quit using subway.. but you are just a tiny bit wary of grabbing another chicken sandwich again for awhile :)

I'm not in as deep as most

I'm not in as deep as most here it seems.. I had an issue where i backed wasteland II and didn't get it.. yet i could prove they took my money (well not took, but i had my email saying they would, which was refunded, but no wateland II as I figured it out after).. not a huge deal.. but a small thorn that pricks me when i do Kickstarter stuff. I did get my "OYUA has shipped"email late last night, which will be my first actual product.

Divinity- I know Divinity II Dragon Knight might be the BEST game I have ever played that nobody seems to know about.. but thats more a FPS/action adventure RPG.. not a turn based Iso metric. I have been eyeing it though.. The Original Divinity was just a so-so Diablo Clone (Path OF Exile has nailed that type of game down, Blizzard should take note) Divinity II was simply awesome in my mind.. so I feel I should give this one a chance.

Here is what I backed on

Here is what I backed on Kickstarter: http://www.kickstarter.com/profiles/billloguidice/projects/backed
Indiegogo: http://www.indiegogo.com/BillLoguidice/x/1463963

I also backed the 3-D Vision on Fundable, which appears to have been a mistake in terms of them delivering within my lifetime...

Kickstarters:

So far, I've donated to Lord British's Shroud of the Avatar (physical Collector's edition), Torment (Physical Collector's Edition).

I also gave to the Reaper Miniatures Bones Kickstarter last year. Not gaming related, but notable.

I'd say I will probably give to Jeremy Soule's kickstarter before it's over.
