The new light switch from Think Geek leading down to my lair:

The very cool Alt+Ctrl on startup Tandy Color Computer 3 Easter Egg (http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m9yoyy7pM01rben3uo1_1280.jpg):

The infamous Phantom Lapboard. I’ll be using it with the Vizio Co-Star Google TV and OnLive (http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m9yr1pphOj1rben3uo1_1280.jpg):

And a cool one from the MTV Tumblr:

Yeah, I had that monitor

Yeah, I had that monitor power switch thing since I first got my Amiga 500 I believe. It's handy for a few reasons, of course, not only providing extra outlets I can switch off, but also some extra height. Unlike back in the 80s when we really didn't know any better (I sat in a metal folding chair at my computer desk when I had my C-64, for instance), I'm all about the ergonomics now.

This is my basement, yes. You're looking out from the office room into the hallway landing. Go right down the hallway you go to the rec room and workout room. Go straight you go into my main storage area. In front of the game stuff is not only the hallway, but also the stairs up. At the top of those stairs is the new light switch.

The guitars in the stands are both real (there's also a regular Ukelele between them), though both did come with software. The one on the left is a medicore one that came with some Ion audio PC software, while the one on the right is the nice Epiphone Les Paul Junior that came with Rocksmith (I have the PC version). I can't play a lick of music yet, but I do have a passion for learning things like that, and have several piano things like that too. It's a question of free time. I've literally got about eight projects either pending or in progress, so I don't have the time to dedicate to learning an instrument yet, sadly.

the Tandy color picture..

the Tandy color picture.. not only do you have one setup, its like the 80's all over. I know its strange, but the monitor stand power switch brings back memories for me, i was pretty impressed how cool that was back when they came out (not sure if they where around in the Tandy color early days, but I know I had one about the time i got my AMiga. I just thought it was so cool.. so me being the strange person i am i had to mention it.... Also seeig the boxes of guitar hero and band all stacked take me right to my home, to bad mine are by my TV in my living-room :) you got yours into the basement (i think) at least :) Is the guitar a real one or a Game console one? I have one just like it (real) but with a whammy bar.. knockoff..
