Anyone?

Anyone else got this model (I am betting BILL does lol) I was very happy with the condition and the shininess of the slick black label.

No, I don't have that model. I have a Sears heavy sixer, a light sixer, and a Jr as far as pure 2600 models. Your example of a Vader does indeed look superb! I don't think I've ever seen one with the "2600" on it...

I only have one myslef, and

I only have one myslef, and my orginal from 77 when it came out (or was it 78 when it came out, i forget?) I do know the "vader" is the last ones (before the small stuff). My oroginal had switch issues from time to time ( easy fixes) but sometime in highschool (about the time the colecovision came out) i picked up a spare 2600 (they where like $50 on closeout ) I remeber it was when or just before the colecovision as my friend worked at the store and he was talking about it. Mine is all black like that (no woodgrain) which was wierd as I had never seen a one without woodgrain. If it says 2600 or not I couldnt say.. with this move into the new house Im going to try dig some of this stuff out and get it orginized better (which really means, not on bottom of pile) see if i can get the intelvision keyboard out too. I do know (or am pretty sure) they are the end full size units and should not be real common in the US.. keep in mind with eh 2600.. almost everyhting was sold in large amounts so even the "lesser" known units have some amounts. but i think the all black ones are about the rarest (again.. thats a guess more then anything).

None the less, cool !
