Gorfinator

So, nobody's been able to beat the Gorfinator yet? Anybody even seen him?

If not, I may have to grant some extra lives or something...:}

Thanks for reminding me. I got sidetracked with real life, learning Gamemaker, and Might and Magic 6. Now back to Jeepney Jeepers!

It did get very difficult at the upper levels I did achieve, but not so much so that it seemed unbeatable. It's hard to know how close I got to the Gorfinator because I don't know exactly what level I made it to.

All these daggone games are killing my weekend productivity! :-(

Beat it! Took me I guess about an hour to beat the game (maybe more, I lost track). I did take the time to break all the blocks in each level. Unless someone else steps forward to take credit, I guess I can yell "FIRST!!!!"

I enjoyed the Gorfinator level very much. Very cool boss, very colorful "interior," and he had a cool way of fighting. Graphically, it was the most attractive level of the game. And the "chip-tune-like" music was very cool and fitting.

The Gorfinator was somewhat easy to beat, but it was a very creative boss to fight. On the one hand, I would suggest having his shots move faster, as they're somewhat easy to take out. Or have him fire more shots. What his shots do, I won't spoil, but let's just say it would make for a more harried level if he fired a touch faster.

On the other hand, if I LOST on this level, it would have been very frustrating to fight through all the other levels again to fight the boss.

The ending was humorous and cool. Well worth playing to the end. Who is that guy who is the "star" of the game? Just curious.

Thanks for making this game. I had a fun, laid-back afternoon playing this.

Thanks, Rob!!! As far as I

Thanks, Rob!!! As far as I know, you're only the third person to beat it (my wife and I beat it first, but doesn't really count IMO since it was still in development).

All I can say is, though, if you thought my first two games are cool, you will be BLOWN AWAY by Thrust Lifter. I'm personally amazed!!! I still need at least a week or two to finish it up, but it's by far my most ambitious production yet. I think you guys are going to really, really enjoy it.
