Anybody wants a deal on a great RTS game TODAY ONLY!!!.
"GamersGate has Empire & Napoleon Total War Game of the Year Edition on PC for $7 downloaded. Includes Empire: Total War with Elite Units of the West, East and Americas, WarPath and Special Forces DLC / 3 x Empire Pre-Order Units and Napoleon: Total War with Coalition Battle Pack and The Peninsular Campaign"

Awsome price for a great game. I paid $50 for each of them and some cahs for the DLC too!

FIREFALL F2P MMORPG Shooter. http://www.firefallthegame.com/
I have alwasy been a fan of Planetside (while extremlly flawed, its a great idea) and Tribes, the team based shooters where TRUE teamwork is required.. not the current MW/COD gung ho solo crap (err no, that can be fun too). I just saw this one as its completly sliped by under the radar for me the obsessed OMPgame player.. it has a very cool CGI intro on the webpage.. but the REAL fun is looking at thumper mission and the dynamic events once they go to the city. I have played alot fo SHOOTER MMORPG and this one looks like it might finally fit the bill.

I adored Total War Empire. I didn't think I'd ever like a RTS as much as Civ, but that game really hooked me good. I loved the way you could slow down time to a trickle and really plan out your battles, and the skill trees gave you even more stuff to look forward to. I didn't play the Napoleon version, but I loved Empire.

Picked up a code for Shogun 2 on Anadtech for $10 a few months ago.. same game engine as far as I know. played Empire and Neopolean to completion several times... but sadly Im not grasping Shogun as well and have (please, no laughing its hard on me ego :) ) the first non tutorial mission is kicking my butt! I have tried it 4 times and lost badly each time :) my ability as a general must rely on guns!
