Just started listening and MATT I wanted to say that your idea about having a TARDIS is BRILLIANT! I want one to, I mean I would have the time in the world to play and finish all my games then just zip right back to where I started, not to mention inside the Tardis I would have all the room to store my collection! Though I never thought of that I can certainly relate to thinking "Damn if I only had power over time and space! I would freeze time and play until I could play no more!"

Thanks for the comments, Redditor. Yes, next episode I would expect the full team to be in place. When our schedules allow and taking into account a potential guest contributor, we should typically have 7 - 10 segments under full strength. That's a lot (potential three to four hour show or so), but again, each month will have something different to offer.
You know, I'm starting to think we're going to have to start cussing to get this show off the ground. Maybe getting that vaunted "explicit" designation would drive some people to download and give it a listen.

I like the one big download, but I know a lot of people are cursed by slow connections.
Did you ever do a survey of how many people would be interested in a separate broken up download?
I gave in and gave the podcast a listen yesterday and it delivered on the promise of awesomosity.
It sounded like Nathan's mic kept trying to run away from him though. ;)
We initially did a lower bitrate version along with the full version, but it's difficult to imagine a scenario where even a couple hundred MB download would be a problem for anyone, so we just standardized on the single download. At the very least, we've never heard of any complaints, and certainly there are tons of other shows (and video podcasts) that are far longer and larger.

Yes, sorry about that. I was recovering from surgery and in quite a bit of pain, so it was difficult to sit still in one place, so yes the mic did get away from me on many an occasion. I did what I could to correct the audio, but it clearly wasn't enough. Next time I will record at the table in the dining room where there are no swiveling chairs. I hope that will help. :)
