Well, I thought I would jump the gun and make my new Matt Chat 15 minutes long. I assumed that a similar policy would be in place so that your video could actually be :59 beyond the limit, but they're being strict this time around. No biggie, though it is mortifying since Vegas crashed about three times wasting hours of PC time. Now I had to cut off the end to make it fit...Grrr!
There, I've complained about it. Now something will undoubtedly be done about it. :)

As far as I know, everything is fine on my end, although the picture I made didn't show up in the preview.
I'm starting to get worried about iTunes. I haven't heard anything back from them after submitting the podcast, and it's not listed at the iTunes store.
I would wait another day or two. If not by then, then we can figure out what might have went wrong together. I assume that directory you're using is publicly accessible and only contains the one version of the podcast in it, right, and no other files?

It's quite nice, although my Vegas crashes so much trying to do 10 minutes that I worry about the future. I'll undoubtedly burn out if I can't get these problems corrected.
I am considering - in order to get my own videos out quicker - to have two lengths of shows. One, the usual full length AA TV where I go in great detail about a particular game, and another, shorter (or more correctly, simpler) show where I cover a game or games in less depth, but still with the same production quality. Maybe have one track that's "Armchair Arcade TV - Episode x" and another that's "Armchair Arcade TV - In Brief x", or some such appropriate name.

So YouTube has increased the limit to 15 minutes? I didn't know that. Very cool, and certainly less limiting.
