I've found a nice format (I think) with the different episodes. They're self-contained and can be watched out of order, but it's nice to have several episodes on important topics.

All good ideas, guys,

All good ideas, guys, thanks, and I'm certainly coming up with some of my own. I'm having a bit of a hard time (like I mentioned) wrapping my head around the 10 minute limit with a general system history and finding a way to make it interesting, but I'll see what I can do. In any case, if there's anything SPECIFIC you'd like to see covered/shown (a specific game, a particular bit of hardware, etc.), let me know. Right now I'd like to keep it to two episodes, but I can certainly go to three since there's more than enough material for many, many episodes.

I've been crushed for time lately, though I hope to make some progress this week. This was a "lost" weekend due to the holiday.

Yeah, no wikipedia article

Yeah, no wikipedia article can really offer the same intimate look as a video, where you can show tapes being loaded or whatever. Besides that, the wikipedia articles often lacks critical perspective (more than just facts). It's not enough to know it can do; more interesting to know what it did well and did not do well.

History

While I want to see some games for the TRS-80, I wouldn't mind some history. Many viewers will probably scream, "show us the games already!" but I think informing the masses about this machine outside of telling them to read its wikipedia mini-novel would be quite nice.

I'd even be interested in

I'd even be interested in simple procedures like loading programs and the machine's eccentricities. I really know nothing about the os. But it's also interesting to learn what the typical TRS-80 gamer was up to on the system.

Review?

A review of the PROs and cons of each of the systems, the ability to run games. Reviews on some of the game you think stand out on the platform?
