Quick Video Look at the Boogie Board

Bill Loguidice provides a quick, one take pseudo-unboxing and look at the popular Boogie Board, paperless LCD writing tablet. NOTE: I forgot to mention that there's no place to store the stylus! Also, the battery lasts for a purported 50,000 erases.

I was talking about this

I was talking about this product in class and suddenly remembered what it reminded me of--the old magic slate. Essentially, this seems like the concept, but of course far more high-tech.

@improv rep -- Good to know the LCD is American-made. That's a very nice selling point considering all the hooplah recently over the LCD price fixing.

Indeed, that's exactly what it's like and provides similar visibility. The nice thing with the digital version, among other things, is that it's far harder to inadvertently erase what you wrote.
