Mark unboxes.... the Vic-20 Megacartridge

A cartridge containing just about every cartridge game on the Vic-20? Well I ordered it and received it from Canada. It is compatible with both PAL and NTSC Vic-20 computer systems and it is well worth the money.

In this video I unbox the package show the contents and test out the cartridge. Of course the moment I try to play MsPacman the 10 minute time limit - an infamous Youtube video length limit - kicks in and the rest of the video is lost in cyberspace. Perhaps a proper review is in order.

Nice!

It's amazing Youtube let you post anything. Any time I try to post a >10 minute video, it simply rejects it rather than cutting it off at the 10 minute mark.

Anyway, as you read on Facebook, I really enjoyed the video, though it is a shame that it cut off at the end!

The ram expansion allows you to run quite amazing software

This multipart demo is running on a real expanded 16K Vic-20. Mind you the original Vic-20 could do everything you see here but will NOT be able to show all the multiparts from a single load.

There's quite a few multiload megademos out there for the unexpanded Vic-20 that will just blow you away!
