TV: TV 32x32 pixels A fellow-Dutchman going by the name of HalfBlindGamer has a Youtube Channel focusing on retrogaming and video game reviews. He's actually quite into CDi. Recently he held a contest and I actually won a prize! Way way cool! This guys is full of humour and his videos are definitely worth checking out. Read more to view the videos.

His prizes were simply amazing! Please be sure to check out his channel and the ones he is subscribing to. Retro gaming galore in Youtube channels.

HalfBlindGamer's video announcing the prizes and drawing the names:

The cat drinking the water, switching to whiskey and the way he gets rid of his furniture to make room for the prize drawing ceremony are definitely worth checking out - last part of the video.

Me video respons to winning the prize:

A special channel worth checking out is is Luke1 an American gamer living and working in Japan who has tons of videos (seems to be doing them daily) and all sorts of updates on his game room and also technical tips on how to repair arcade / consoles and how to do modifications to them. He is also into sending people retro gaming packaged and getting other packages in return. A great thing and fun to watch. He's very sincere and gets very exited when he opens packages filled with goodies = not your typical unboxing videos!

Dammit I was the original

Dammit I was the original poster "Anonymous" sorry I did not realize I was not logged in! Anyhow yeah, both those guys are awesome though
I must say I am getting a little jealous of lukemorse1 getting all the free stuff from his subscribers, seems on a daily basis now. Really I know that is bad of me, it was and admittedly still entertaining as Luke is a great guy but damn he is getting games, systems, accessories and he already has a collection that puts most of us to shame geez........

Congrats, Mark, that's one

Congrats, Mark, that's one of my favorite Genesis games. I actually beat it. It's a frustrating platformer, but it has top-notch audio-visuals. The sequel didn't pass muster.

Yes it is frustrating - I played it some more after taping it

Love the animations in it. I knew it existed but never got a copy. When I got the chance to pick it I did and I am a happy camper.
My genesis/megadrive is a bit weird and I always seem to forget it is rather picky with the way you insert the cartridge. It takes all sorts of carts but I didn't do the 60Hz switch. I need a better Genesis/Megadrive actually because this one is rather crappy.

I prefer the Genesis over the Nintendo because of the Shmups and the platformers it has. The sound is better - because to my ears the Nintendo Snes really sounds off-key and it is toe-curling.

Is that a PAL timing issue maybe? I know my SNES sounds far superior to my Genesis, particularly when hooked into a stereo.
