I never use outlook, so that doesn't matter much to me. Gmail is so much faster--I hated having to wait forever for Outlook to load up. Main thing I look forward to is Word and PowerPoint upgrades.

I use all of the features of Outlook at home and work to track multiple e-mail accounts, keep my calendar and maintain my contacts, so Gmail is not really a good option until it natively syncs with various devices like my iPhone. I actually use the paid version of Evernote now to 100% replace the Notes function of Outlook and I'd certainly consider replacing Outlook completely with a comparable online version, but it would have to automatically sync with Outlook to be of use to me primarily because of the work thing. With that said, I do use Gmail exclusively on my iPhone, which automatically polls my Armchair Arcade and personal accounts.

Nice find! Sounds like they're replacing Outlook with Communicator. I guess we'll have to get this when this comes out. It's not like I really mastered 2007 yet, though (everything before that, yes, but I'm still sluggish with the ribbon bar).

Hehe...Gotta love it when they can make fun of themselves so effectively. :P

Poor ol' Clippy. It'd be awesome if they brought him back for the new one.
