Thanks to new Facebook friend Jeff Rothe for the heads-up on recently released GameRoom Magazine, July 2009, and its review of our Vintage Games book. I don't know what the review says, but I definitely ordered my copy. I'll let you know when it comes, or, if you already have a copy, let us know what it says. Also let us know if you see reviews or mentions of Vintage Games anywhere else. Thanks!

Unfortunately they didn't seem to love it, but still recommended it. I personally thought it was great as I grew up during those early years. I even enjoyed the chapters on more recent games including DDR.

Very interesting, thanks Fred. I'll be curious what their criticisms were. I've heard some valid ones and some not-so-valid ones out there, so I hope it's more the former than the latter. Still, coverage is coverage and it's appreciated either way. Not sure when my copy of the magazine will come, but I hope it's within the next few weeks.
