Impossible Mission - original Commodore 64 version shown - takes the idea of avoiding confrontation to the extreme by making the player completely defenseless against the in-game enemies. Luckily, as seen here, the player is able to perform acrobatic jumps to avoid danger. Similar to the Castle Wolfenstein games, Impossible Mission requires players to carefully search objects for items required to complete the game.

Back of the box for Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, which features two types of camouflage, uniform and face, requiring usage of both types and the proper pattern for a given situation.
