We've been talking about Opcode's amazing "Pac-Man Collection" homebrew for the ColecoVision (to be released soon - I'm already on the pre-order list for the first 75 yellow case cartridges) for some time now. Here's another video from one of the games in the collection, Ms. Pac-Man. Looks amazing, as do the rest of the games:

Would we have ever believed back in 1984 that something like this would have been possible on our ColecoVisions? Probably not...

Super Pac-Man (Atari 7800) VIDEO - Released on Cartridge Soon!

Video from AdigunPolack:

Is it not a great time to be the owner of these classic systems? We get better games than we got when they were still relevant!

FAKE!!! :-)

I'm half-convinced that this is merely a capture of the arcade version of Ms. Pac Man, with some flicker added in post-production to make us believe this is a Coleco program!

Ok, not really, but it looks and sounds that good!!! It's obviously an amazing accomplishment!

And sounds the part. So it really looks and sounds great. Funny to see the more than one sprite on a horizontal line flickering happening - just like on the MSX.
I am wondering about the ghost patterns and the actual feel of the game though. Bill I am expecting a review from you ;-)

Supposedly these are exact replicas, right down to the use of patterns (i.e., you can use the same patterns that work on the arcade versions) and the infamous kill screen. The only major difference is the flickering, but supposedly played on a real system, it's minimized.

These likely won't ship until sometime next month supposedly (not even sure of the price yet), but I'll definitely do a comparison between that and some other home versions, and the arcade version.
