How do they do this?

I'm curious if this site would be considered "legal" by the movie industry. I think it goes without saying that such a site could be a valuable resource for the blind. This site has apparently been running for years with no apparent legal threats, so maybe it is.

I can't imagine "listening" to movies such as "Transformers" or "Wall-E," though, because their appeal is primarily visual.

I could hear this with a musical, but not with most movies. Then again, I do remember buying a Star Wars tape that had the movie on it (or at least snippets of it). No comparison to the video.
