I'm interested in what you think of this game Bill. I'm reading about it now and the whole thing is pretty intriguing.
In this case they started taking preorders years before the game was actually released. So I would assume this helped a great deal in funding.
Well, they've been sold out for some time anyway. There's talk of a slightly different run 2 of the thing though. Sounds like there would be demand, for sure.
It's fantastic to see another 'New' Megadrive release! Shame it is has come out when I am trying to cut-down on my retro spending.
Pier Solar is now shipping (not sure when mine will come, but I'm thinking soon). Anyone else expecting theirs?

It looks cool, no doubt, but how do these "homebrew" cartridge creators/programmers make money? It would seem to me that it would take a fair amount of capital to produce cartridges for whatever system (Atari, Sega, etc.), and I would think that most homebrew programmers don't have that kind of cash. Just curious.
