Video Game Trader

Stu, I understand where you are coming from, and inevitably there are going to be articles for specific macines, that not everyone is going to be interested in. But take a look at the current issue (#6) for example - there are not just articles/reviews of specific games/hardware, but also more general stories e.g. The Virtual Boy flop, and Sega's Virtual reality disaster.
This magazine is written by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. All are welcome to contribute articles.
Although I am completely mad about Vectrex consoles (I am the author of two of the reviews in that issue), I do read many of the other articles and find them of interest.

regards
VectrexMad!
p.s. Also you can read this magazine without spending any money!

Retro Gamer Magazine?

I'm always intrigued but disconnected from these magazines, obviously I love retro but never owning a NES or a console in general, usually feel detached from most of the contents of these things. Sure, I find things to read and enjoy them, but a lot of it is 'meh' for me. There is/was a really coold retro mag that came out of the UK, very thick. Forget what it was now.. loved reading it in super big borders in london...

Probably this: http://www.retrogamer.net/

I have some copies of the original run when it still came with discs. Good magazine. I occasionally go on their forums. The UK has a good classic gaming market. Despite attempts even by me, it's very difficult to get much regarding classic gaming (particularly in magazines) going here in the US...
