As expected, I'm firmly in the right-brained camp: http://www.news.com.au/dailytelegraph/story/0,22049,22535838-5012895,00....

I can't seem to make myself see her going anti-clockwise either...

Hey it worked - when I concentrate on the foot....

Now this is cool, when I concentrate on the lady's foot and imagine it turning the other way the whole figure suddenly moves counterclockwise.
But when I take a new look at her, she moves clockwise again. :)
I guess my brain is also more flexible than I thought.

Clockwise instantly - cannot see the other way

RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS all the way

I guess that's no surprise to me becoming a shrink,

my sister being a graphic designer and my high-school arts teacher pressing me to go into arts. I would have been surprised if it was the other way around, but hey....LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS are pretty handy too. Here a nice Wiki on brain lateralization

Yeah, but are you right or left, Matt? I'd be stunned if it wasn't right...

moving

I notice that you can "reverse" which way she's spinning by focusing on her foot. Then look away and stare at the upper part.

Clockwise for me...

Guess I'm right-brained as it was moving clockwise for me. I read the comments too and like the one about anti-clockwise not being the correct word to use.

Is this a trick, a joke, or what? How did you manage to see her moving both directions Yakumo?

Cheers
