I'm not. I got them from Xbox.com. I didn't give attribution since it's the official MS site, a sort of PR. If it were a formal article, I'd obviously attribute. If I wanted to get a screenshot from my 360 or any other system where I wasn't actually photographing the screen, I'd probably just output the signal to videotape and capture a frame. You need a dev box in most cases to generate real screen captures. Those are only doled out to major magazines, Websites and developers.
