Alternative Ways to Display and Importing RPG Characters
I can easily do a scrolling reel with just a click, actually. If you think that would be more useful, no problem. Since I didn't scan the images, I only have them as the JPG's. I simply can't justify destroying my magazines at this point to scan them all in properly.
I'm surprised you didn't know about the character importing. A high percentage of RPG's actually allowed that. I never bothered myself and didn't know too many who did, as you ended up losing everything you acquired and certain stats had to be interpreted to the new rules or lost completely, while others had to be created. I rarely did it between game sequels even for that very reason. There always was some type of artificial way to cripple your previous characters, whether it was Phantasie I - III or the Gold Box games, for instance.
