I'm a bit confused, too. Do we want to be this inclusive? We also need to decide how many pages we want this thing to end up, and whether we want to revise or update the articles or leave them as-is. My guess would be that we'd make the most cash if we advertised that these articles were updated and/or expanded into a "new edition" and sell that in print. That way, folks ponying up for the print would get some extra content. Maybe we could throw in an introduction and count that as a "bonus article" or some such.

What do you think, Bill? Be nice to earn some extra cash.
