Facebook was something I started in order to get the duck grenades for Crackdown 2. After I played the game within Facebook to get the grenades, I started Farmville. I found it to be an addicting game, then the weirdness started. Let me preface this by saying I've never been one to get into the whole social network/gaming thing. I think this is because of my gov't job and the warnings we get all the time about putting "personal" information "out there" for all to see. I know the information can be restricted to "friends", but what I didn't expect was all the "friend request's" I was receiving. Relatives, friends from high school (still don't know how they found me). It got a bit overwhelming after awhile and then I killed my Facebook account. However, I played Farmville for pretty close to two months before bailing out.
