I can't see it being convenient on a PC unless your PC is hooked up to your TV, otherwise one of the three consoles or a dedicated set top box (like the Roku) is the best way to go (though I don't personally care for the SD-only and capped streaming on the Wii). Of course nothing beats the PC for configuring your Netflix account. It also makes sense on the iPad, and supposedly there's an iPhone version coming soon too. That combined with the Slingbox software that allows me to watch my home cable TV and DVR anywhere I am, will pretty much have me set for mobile TV entertainment.
Personally, I mainly stick with streaming Netflix via the Xbox 360, because I have two hooked up to two of my three active TV's. Certainly if/when it becomes discless on the PS3, that will suddenly become a great option too. I know I enjoy watching MLB.tv on my PS3 and that's partially due to it simply being a menu option via the hard drive.
