Great to see this project getting more attention. The author seems to have a good grasp of the book, though I might take issue with his assertion (however intended) that the readers need to be "dummies." I know he was being tongue-in-cheek there, but I think he's exaggerating the amount of knowledge the particular hardcore gamer has *about fitness.* Sure, you may know a lot about games and such, but how many of us really know that much about muscle tone and what have you? I think this book would be valuable for both gamers who lack fitness expertise AND fitness gurus who lack gaming expertise.
