Minor differences, yes

Hey Bill, congratulations. A book is a lot of work for little reward financially at least. I wonder what the differences for Canada would be. Official government documents use metric but informally everyone still uses feet & inches and pounds to measure themselves.

Our technical reviewer, Didi Cardoso, of Gamer's Intuition, is based in Canada. She noted minor differences in some of the measurements as you say in each of the three major games covered, but nothing that would really affect usage of the book in other territories. Exercise names vary a bit in Europe as well on occasion, but again, nothing really major. They're the same exact setups in all territories otherwise, and I don't recall us doing any calculations in the book that would clash with the metric system or anything else.
