Since it's a work-issued

Since it's a work-issued laptop, she'll have to keep it as-is with OS X. It's going to be an adjustment for her, but it's always good to learn new stuff. I believe they're issuing Macs to the editors at her place to maintain better compatibility with the production (art) department.
