Funny you should mention podcasting, as I've been looking more into that lately (especially in terms of iTunes). I'm still not quite sure how it would work with video--there's going to be big downloads unless you really compress it.
If I had more time I'd try to make an audio podcast to complement "Matt Chat," maybe a more informal show with more talking about games rather than running commentary. Still, seems like so many of those out there; hard to imagine how yet another one could make an impact.
