Speaking of MLB 2k9 (Xbox 360 version, though it's multiplatform), I actually had gotten it over Sony's superior MLB The Show 09 for PS3 (I have the 08 version) because the game supports "right stick" batting (and pitching) reminiscent of one my favorite arcade games that is impossible to duplicate at home without its special controller, World Series from Cinematronics (1984), which also received several future revisions and even home conversions (without the cool controller). That amps the fun factor up considerably and makes you feel more like you're really batting, even over something like the Wii's waggle control (in my opinion), though we still haven't seen any baseball games support Wii motion plus (they're no doubt coming).
Just to clarify about MLB 2K9
