(How the heck is everyone embedding Youtube videos on this site? I tried copy/pasting of your posts, editing the links, but get nothing. It would be much better if I could embed the youtube videos, rather than provide the link, but I understand if that's a "trade secret.")
You just have to copy and paste the "embed" code from YouTube or any other video site and then turn on HTML under "Input format" when creating a message here and it makes it active. HTML is not enabled by default in messages.
And there's nothing that we do that that no one else can do on this site, Rob, except delete messages and promote messages to the front page (and obviously admin stuff behind-the-scenes to keep the site running/up-to-date). Otherwise, everything else is open to everyone with a login name. You're also welcome to become an admin if you ever wanted to bump up your participation levels here, and certainly beyond that as well.
