The closest we have to this in my area is Broadway Louie's, a sports/karaoke/arcade bar which caters to an adult clientele. There used to be a Nascar simulator (not arcade game) there, and it has arcade games covering the surrounding walls of both the lower and upper decks, including games I've never seen anywhere else.
It's certainly not as "geektastic" as Space Aliens, though, but I've had fun there. Typical bar menu, but the food was good, and the atmosphere was casual.
I suspect this style of adult arcade/nightlife will become more and more trendy as the "gamer" generation booms.
P.S. "Froggy Bottomz" (as seen in the "Broadway Louie's" link) is also a fun time, although not game-related. My town = party town.
