Change your email signature in the Settings app. You will find it under Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Everyone - particularly John Romero - seemed to be going on about OS 3.0. I really do have to read up on it more. It's also good that it sounds like Apple is allowing more functionality integration, which will create more powerful and useful apps (not to mention the possible return of GPS gaming, right? - last time I saw that really was in the Gizmondo)...
