Again, a very entertaining video. I didn't realize how long it's been since I've played "DotK," but I suspect I last played it in the late 1980's!! Upon seeing the logo and hearing the music, my heart soared!
I'm already starting to get bored heaping praise on your videos.... you asked for constructive criticism, which I normally don't worry about in "Youtube-level" videos, but you're obviously on a quest for greatness, so I'll oblige.
First of all, the main thing that works about the "Matt Chat" videos is Matt himself. You've got a cool "look," and your personality works very well for this type of video. Don't change a thing there.... the look, the personality, the vocal delivery, the fun commentary.... stick with what works.
The "rostrum" camera clips were very effective and unexpected. It shows you're getting more ambitious! For "historical" presentations like yours, it works beautifully.
As for the lighting.... I hate to say it, but I think the lighting is a bit too harsh. The background wall is VERY bright, which "flattens" your personal appearance a bit. I hate to say anything about it, since you spent money and effort to improve your lighting, but that wall really stands out! More experimentation and tweaking in your lighting is in order here.
Overall, your basic "Matt Chat" format works. The opening in-person introduction, and then the videogame presentation and commentary, is straightforward and very entertaining. The addition of the "rostrum" clips was an added bonus, and is something that you should keep doing, because it works extremely well. This doesn't mean you can't experiment with the "template," but it does deliver the goods. It's just that wall....
