Frohe Weihnachten und einen guten Rutsch!

Which is the (most popular) variant in Germany and roughly translates to:
"Merry Christmas and a happy new year!"

BTW:
"guten" is a form of "good" of course and a "Rutsch" ist a sliding motion - mostly on a sled or on one's backside...
