As an owner of all three systems, I can say with strong certainty that the Xbox online experience will remain ahead of anything that Sony or Nintendo is able to do in terms of cohesiveness and speed. I'm certainly willing to be proven wrong by Sony with Home, but based on what they've come up with so far I have strong doubts it will have the necessary performance and integration. Also, while Microsoft's XNE is menu-based, Sony's Home is avatar-based. I'm not sure walking everywhere is better than just scrolling through some fancy visual menus. I'm sure there will be a way to not have to do the avatar thing, but we'll have to see what that is.
