So, What compels you to play this game? Is it strictly the audiovisuals? Do all the graphics and physics draw you in further than you might have suspected, or is there something else that compels you to complete the game?
I admit I'm a sucker for programming triumphs and FPS's, which it sounds like "Crysis" is, but other than mowing down trees, it seems not too far removed from "Duke Nukem," which I've played dozens of times before in various incarnations ("Doom," "Half Life," "Soldier of Fortune," "Far Cry," etc.).
Thank you for your review, but it is actually sounds like "Far Cry" to me. Alas, it will probably be the first game I buy for the XBox 360 (or maybe second after "Fight Night").
