Yes and no. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eadweard_Muybridge His work was actually one of the earliest in regards to motion/animation. This CDTV title appears to be a compilation of that work on a multimedia CD. Nothing really out of the ordinary for the time, as a lot of reference stuff was tried out as a multimedia CD in those days. Of course the fact that there are probably lots of naked women in there - for scientific purposes or not - helped in the decision to make the CD...
