"Yep 0.11.0 is out for your favourite platforms. people went crazy with iphone support when we announced it. the iphone devvs did a good job. exposed a couple of bugs in the AGI engine.

glad you like it matt ;)you can file any agi bugs against my name in the bug tracker if you want :/ "

"I always wanted to play "I Have no Mouth and I Must Scream" but never had time (tm).
Then I heard that the German version I have is somewhat cut and then lost interest completely.

Let's see if it works with ScummVM, though ;-)"

"Indeed, I hadn't even heard of that game until reading about it on the list. A game based on Harlan Ellison's classic story--definitely good fodder for a game. It's also by Cyberdreams, the same people who made the flawed but graphically impressive game Darkseed."

"I am running ScummVM on quite a number of different platforms. A must if you want to play some of those older point and click adventures. One could also opt to play the originals via DOSBox but this package also has a nice interface that keeps access to all the games dead-easy."

Am I to understand that you're part of the scummv dev team, Stu? If so, congratulations! That's great news. Heck, we need to interview you for the site. ;)

Can you please enlighten me on this matter?"

"I am but I'm not super active. I did the original 'sarien' code which Claudio Matsuoka later joined and we worked on. After languishing in a pretty much complete state, it was merged into scummvm, which is why you can play the Sierra AGI games in scummvm now.

I dont know much about the rest of scummvm tho, as I really only look at and work on the AGI engine. The people you could interview are easily reachable (I would suggest Sev, he's a bright guy and one of the head honcho's) and knows a lot about all the engines in scummvm."
