In the Compute article you quoted it mentioned RGB out for video. I didn't think that any home based machine at this time could do RGB-Composite or RGB-H-V-sync. Most of those monitors would have cost 10-20 times what this machine sold for.
Is this just bad marketing information passed to a unknowing article writer or could this machine pump RGB+some synch output?
