I'm guessing this was for the TRS-80 (Model I). The first line says:

1 'COPYRIGHT (C) CLOAD 1979
2 'K. WILLIAMS, 3250 VERMONT SW, GRANDVILLE, MI 49418

"CLOAD" Magazine, as you know, catered to the TRS-80. Gotta go!
