I can not see myself putting this kind of side art on my Vectrex. BUT this is a classic type of detail that could be on an arcade system of this time. So classic art from any Vector games like Star Castle or even Astroids might be fair game.
While the Space Invaders' art style is a match to the YASI/Protector cart, is is far from the true vector origions of the vextrex art style. Alex did a GREAT job with making both of those games, and I will not downplay either of them. He made the system go beyond what it was ever ment to do.
But I guess I am a dot to dot guy.
Wrap me in vectors, not in scanlines.
And do the same for my stencil.
